That's why at Kennedy Chiropractic & Acupuncture our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnessesary tension and to make you feel comfortable. In this area of the website you will be able to take care of items necessary for your visit prior to arriving, in the comfort of your own home.
There are two ways to send us your info as a new patient. You can fill out the form online and submit it electronically, or you can download it, print it, and fill it out by hand. Simply bring it in on your first visit.
